Sunset Surfer

I found 3 canvases in a skip with "minimalist" art on them. Here's what I put over the top of the first one. I haven't done the rest yet but they'll be part of a Vazon bay sunset series.

It all came about with wanting to experiment with silhouettes, they can be amazing when you see them at sunset. Pure black silhouettes don't really do it for me on paintings so I've been playing with graduated colour, which I think creates more atmosphere.

  3. Thanks guys. There's probably millions of discarded canvases out there in attics and dumps across the world, waiting to be loved.
